National restaurant company establishes solid footing with local media and community

In a rapidly developing suburban area, OSI Restaurants faced the challenge of opening two new restaurant concepts, Bonefish Grill and Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, in an already crowded marketplace. The national restaurant company turned to Buzz Monkeys to link in with the local media and to cultivate key community partnerships. Sneak preview tasting parties hosted by Buzz Monkeys for local food and business media sparked positive coverage in anticipation of the grand openings. Buzz Monkeys also established partnerships with local non-profit groups and executed grand opening fundraising events, which raised awareness among important neighborhood audiences and established the new eateries as good neighbors and good corporate citizens.
